You can change at the spa or arrive already changed; we will provide you with a slip to prevent your underwear from geWhat health problems can I bring to the appointment?When booking your treatment, please be sure to inform the staff about any health-related issues you may have, such as allergies, injuries, or medications you are taking, so we can tailor your treatment accordingly and provide the best possible service.How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment?Please arrive well in advance of your appointment. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Appointments that start late will not exceed the allotted appointment time to avoid delaying other clients.When can I cancel my appointment?If you wish to cancel a treatment, please do so at least six hours in advance, or you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you do not give notice and do not attend your treatment, you will be charged 100%.How is the payment made?After confirming your appointment with your card, you can pay in cash or by card directly at the spa.
